| Introduction | A big hello to all of you reading! I am a stay at home mom. I have been married for four years to a pretty awesome guy. We have two children. Kaya (Kay-uh) who is 7 and Malik (Ma-leek) who is 3. We have a pretty wide range of things we like and things we like to do. My husband is from Kenya, Africa. He speaks Swahili and Kikuyu and has his degree in Economics. If being a carnivore was possible, he might be one. He loves to read, and is a habitual researcher. He researches everything! I joke and say that if he could research research he would! I love my family, hip-hop music, cooking, writing, crafting and so much more. I started this blog on the radical idea that stay at home moms are so much more than "just moms". We are thinking, feeling, and compassionate human beings. I hope you enjoy! |
