| Introduction | I author self help books based on my own background, experience, research and personal memoirs of narcissistic abuse, child abuse, neglect, scapegoating and emotional abuse as both a child and an adult. In order to escape this abuse I took the decision to leave the life I had created and everything and everyone I knew to start again and heal myself. In doing so I lost it all. I had built up a good life for myself but overnight it was destroyed by re-contacting my narcissist family. It all went, including my family of origin, friends, spiritual group, career, home and wealth. I currently live with my lovely partner in a small cottage near the woods where we live in peace and solitude and I continue my healing journey in a supportive environment. Writing most days to inform others of the nature and effect of narcissistic abuse. |
