Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I find that scarves are an excellent accessory to a nice cardigan, in particular. There are some people who can work a scarf and look fabulous. Me? I look rather like Snoopy trying to be the World War 1 Flying Ace, only I'm not nearly as cool as Snoopy! :)
