| Introduction | As a California girl with Texas roots and 20 years of experience and survival in the home decor and fashion genre, I conceived a shop, Beadboard UpCountry, a Euro-Country lifestyle and design source located in a beautifully restored bank on the Upper East Side of the town square in picturesque Brenham, Tx. The shop was recognized by the Texas Downtown Assn. with their President's Award for Best Commercial Interior for 2007/8. I am a strong beliver the new casual elegance of the country lifestyle, reflecting a calmer, softened palette with less clutter,natural fiber fabrics, slipcovers of all kinds and European touches. |
