High fashion meets modesty and class is just one element of her fashion sense. As a child, Aquila made her mark wearing couture dresses designed by her aunt and handcrafted by her mother. Her love for church fashion grew with her into adolescence. She was always seen sporting the newest scarf and trendy chunky heels. Sewing has always appealed to Aquila along with the chemistry of fabrics. Now a young woman- with an Honours degree in Biochemistry and Women's studies earned from the University of Toronto-she is well learned .
