Introduction Follow me on Instagram Cookforrestcook I am a Service Industry Professional originally from the South who a few years ago with a partner started an Underground restaurant and supper club in NYC called On the Plate. Since then we have ceased operating but the things I learned and experienced in the time I did this in the NYC marketplace made me grow as a chef and an Event planner enormously. It also showed me the wealth of knowledge and the level of creativity I was capable of and with the urging of many of my friends, I am going to publish a cookbook next year. I wanted to use this blog to start sharing ideas and recipes which some ( my closest friends and family) believe to be unstoppably good. So hang on we will all go on this journey together.
