Introduction Swimming is my sport & practically swim daily. I'm good with all swimming strokes but butterfly stroke is my cup of tea. I work out regularly and have developed it as a lifestyle. My mantras are: effortless exercise instead of No Pain, No Gain, fish-like swimming, correct timing, effective breathing, right posture, balance, strength, and flexibility. Traveling the world is my passion. I've traveled quite extensively. By far I've been to China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines,Thailand,Japan,SouthKorea, Egypt,Costa Rica,Panama,Colombia,Peru, Galapagos Islands, Ecuador, Netherlands, Japan,Bangladesh,Canada,HongKong, Nepal,Israel,Mongolia, Brazil, Jamaica, Bermuda, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Madagascar, Taiwan, Bhutan and still counting, of course, the USA. My future destinations are the Brunei in Borneo in March 2013 and the Pacific in Summer 2013. Locally, !'ve been to 34 US states including Alaska & Hawaii and 32 US National Parks. I live healthy, think healthy, eat healthy, travel safely (I am not into bar scenes). I enjoy the small dog at home "Lucky" and I like taking care of indoor plants such as Pachyra plant and bonzais.

Random question: What happened to other people (if there is any) who stayed higher elevation higher than the water during the Great Flood in time of Noah? Are you ready and confident enough to face the unknown?
