| Introduction | Hi, I'm Chris Fegles (sounds like Eagles:) and even I have a hard time saying it sometimes! I love quilting, fiberart, mixed media, well let's just say I love artsy stuff & the whole creative process! I'm married to my HS Sweetheart, our first date was Nov. 7th, 1969 (funny thing is that I remember that date, but not our anniversary date!) we have two handsome sons, two beautiful daughters (by marriage), five incredibly beautiful grandchildren, two cats and one adorable beagle! We live on 22 acres bordering the Alsea River and Schoolhouse Creek, here in Alsea Oregon. Someday I’d like to learn to belly dance, play a musical instrument, speak conversational Spanish, paint better, draw better, have an artist/crafter’s retreat here on our farm (I call this dream - Alsea Art Farm), travel, go on a cruise, go to Europe (among other fantastic places that I dream about), but more than all of that . . . . have my kids, grandkids, & friends come out to visit us, without thinking that we live sooooooooo far out of town! If I could only pick this place up and move it closer to town. |

| Favorite books | The Comfort of Color, and Oh so many! And don't ask me if I finish them (I'm a little ADD) with non-fiction that is. . . and fiction, well it has to grab me and then I'm hooked. I'll attempt an update soon. |
