| Introduction | My name is Dave and I'm a snake addict. I have been keeping snakes for 25+ years and a few years ago I began breeding cornsnakes as a hobby. In case you didn't know, you can never have too many snakes. I currently have over 20 "keeper" snakes and I am sure I will have more soon! In the spring and summer I usually have cornsnake hatchlings for sale: they just about pay for the mice my own snakes eat! This past couple of years I have been building my ball python collection and in 2011 I hope to have my first success at breeding them. I met my wonderful wife Alisha while attending the University of New Orleans and we were married in 1993, the same year I earned my BA and finished my 6 year commitment with the Louisiana Army National Guard. I earned my Master's Degree in Fine Arts from the University of North Dakota in 1998 and moved back home to New Orleans the following year. Our house is a zoo: we have a Jack Russel Terrier/Chihuahua mix named Chewy and five cats named Roux, Freckles, Boogie, Ringo and Ninny. We also keep a nano-reef aquarium.
