Introduction	I am 40 years old single mother of 3 (Teenage girl 15yrs, 3 year old boy and new born baby boy! - born July 2011)). I have been overweight since the age of 8! My weight has fluctuated widely over the years anything from around 70kgs in my mid 20s to 142kgs in 2009. I made a choice to have my boys at 37 & 40 so I owe it to them (and my daughter) to look after myself and make sure I am still around in a fit and healthy state for when they turn 40.. I am determined to lose this weight now and forever.
