| Introduction | Hi, I'm Alisa. I grew up in Michigan, and came from a family of wonderful cooks. After watching my uncle and aunt preparing foods in their restaurant while I was growing up, and watching my folks create foods fresh from the garden, I knew I was destined to create good and fresh foods the same way. Nature gives us everything we need to create the best recipes, but a little love is the secret ingredient to all dishes. |
