Introduction	I am a 22 year old female trying to eat healthy and stay fit. Through my struggles I have found out that there is no one way to stay healthy-mentally and physically. There are so many little things that bring health together that we have to do for ourselves. Life is like a puzzle. Once every little thing fits and matches, then you're complete. I believe that is what our lives are all about, we must find the perfect puzzle pieces for ourselves on this journey. Now lets eat!
