| Introduction | My occupations of Chefpreneur, Gourmet Storyteller, and Sportiva Passionista are all self-imposed titles and true labels that reflect my unique authenticity. My SportsBites are stories about sports with clever food twists wrapped around them, as in, "sports, athletes, events and the foods that bring them all home." In summer 2009, my ongoing series "If I were their Chef" was started on this blog. World athletes are my muses as inspiration for new original recipes. While I wait for my first book on this theme, "Glimpses of Home through the Kitchen Window" to be considered for publication, I dream of when I host "SportsBites" as a world-renowned radio show, and all the opportunities that surround it yield my divine right livelihood.
