| Introduction | I am a high ranking Martial Artist, a 6 time Hall of Fame recipient.I am Creator and Executive Director of F.A.S.T. (FEMALE ALTERNATIVE STREET TACTICS) and "SECURE YOUR CHILD". Both programs have been taught throughout the N.Y.C. Metropolitan area since 1983. I hold the rank of "Kaiden" in "Miyama Ryu Combat Ju Jutsu". This rank is equivalent to 10th degree Black belt. I was awarded this rank by "Shinan Antonio Pereira" founder of "Mi yama ryu Combat Ju Jutsu". This is the highest rank awarded in this system. My specialtiies within the system are anti-rape tactics, live blade (knife)techniques and Ju Jutsu for adults and children. |
