| Introduction | I am a horse enthusiast and I have ridden all my life. I got my first pony when I was six, grew up in the Canadian Pony Club and achieved my B2 level, and competed extensively in the sport of 3-Day Eventing. After finishing a degree in Kinesiology in an effort to get a "real" job, the last thing I expected was to land a career in the horse indsutry. However, I was recently hired as the Equine Specialist, fondly referred to as the Barn Boss, with Parks Canada. With the new job has come so many new experiences, and I'm excited to share them as I develop my new career! I owe a huge Thanks to my partner, Jason, and our 16 month old Weimaraner, Peyto, as they are fantastic supporters. I wouldn't be able to do what I do if it weren't for them, and they are a huge part of my life. |
