Introduction	Evangelizing agile tenants throughout the development lifecycle utilizing Scrum best practices to revise existing development processes. Directly responsible for organization Scrum training, implementing transparent and centralized product, process, and Sprint/Release status information, and fulfilling the Scrum Master role for initial agile teams. Interacting with all aspects of the product development organization as the primary agile and Scrum resource as well as providing Scrum guidance to other touch-point organizations such as Product Management, Support, and Customer Consulting. When not working on Scrum I enjoy Photography and Travel.
