Introduction	I retired from my elementary teaching career of 30 years about 2 years ago. Although I loved my job, it was time to give up the career. But after about 6 months of total freedom, numerous lunches out, lots of shopping, plenty of facials and massages, I realized I wanted and needed something more. I love yoga! When one of my favorite yoga instructors decided to do a teacher training I decided to join her on the adventure. It was not an easy decision. I was very preoccupied with my age and the fact that I don't look like someone who could be in the pages of Yoga Journal Magazine. For the sake of my passion, I decided to put all my fears and feelings of anxiety to rest. My teacher always encourages us to leave all of our 'junk' outside the door. It works. Sometimes I even forget to pick up my 'junk' when the class is over. Hopefully it will all be gone soon. I've decided to do this blog to share my passion and encourage anyone to step out of their comfort zone if it means doing something that they love and leave all their junk outside the door! ♥ ♥ ♥ Other Cool Yoga Blogs ~ YoYoYogis
