Introduction	Hi! My name is Vawny Sullivan. I'm a single mother of two brilliant teens and the proud owner of a fitness business. I live in beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia, which isn't too far from Virginia Beach. I've been a health and fitness "nut" for years now. I own and operate my own personal-training/personal-transformation company and live my passion! And I'm now a Beachbody Fitness Coach! Gardening is another hobby that seems to compete for attention and heals my soul. My passion for gardening is evidenced by my daughter's account that my garden is "Way past the rules"--jammed with shades of purples, blues, pinks, oranges, and yellows...beautiful, if mildly overwhelming.
