| Introduction | Retired to very small village. One general store/P.O. Sporting club, Tennis, bowls, Aussie football, cricket, etc. We are renovating a very ramshacle old house. (It's a lot better now) But you never get finished! And you allow a certain amount of money and it is never enough. But as long as the health holds we are in front, right? We owned and operated a Roadhouse for 8 years, while growing wine grapes, (Shiraz) on 35 acres. We finally sold everything and retired, or that was the idea!! We raised 3 children who are now scattered all over Australia. Eldest son lives Sydney, daughter lives in Queensland, Youngest son lives Adelaide, about 3 hrs away, gave us our only grandson to date, (just over 1 year old) We now live to travel, when the budget allows. We have been around the World twice, so we are lucky and not complaining. We now "Work the Internet" to fund our travels. (Keeps me off the streets) LOL Jackson Grant. |
