| Introduction | I am an emerging children's poet who made my debut in 2008. My poems have appeared in Stories for Children (U.S.) and are forthcoming in Shoofly: An Audiomagazine for Children (U.S.) and School Magazine Australia. I have taken courses in writing children's poetry with U.S. children's poets Laura Purdie Salas and Heidi Bee Roemer. My goal is to have my children's poetry appear in magazines in Canada, the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and the UK plus anthologies -- it looks like I'm part way there! |
