| Introduction | My passion has always and forever been around athletics. What makes me smile... it's being in the company of like minded athletes. I played many sports throughout my life, was pretty good but never made it to the highest level. I wished I known that Coaching in Sports was more than the physical game. The mind is such a powerful necessary ally when competing. I was one of those naturally talented individuals who would practice unending. The problem was my self-talk. Something was telling me I couldn't do this and I ended up listening and believing. It was myself. I stepped back and stepped down from my biggest challenges. I still played competitively but in a place where I felt I was close to the best. |
