| Introduction | I recently suffered a major Heart Attack at the age of 33 on Thanksgiving day. Needless to say I have a lot to be thankful for. I almost left behind my beautiful wife Courtney-Love you baby doll- and my three adorable kids, Elise, Andrew and Chewy(matthew). I have for the last year been running and eating better everyday. I weighed in at 215 before my Heart attack and now weigh 165. I love eating good healthy food and have an awesome garden now. I look forward to helping others and sharing my new found talent, Being Active and staying Healty. |
