| Introduction | My love affair with food started when I was young. You can say I am, and always have been a foodie. I have worked in the food and hospitality industry my entire adult life. I have owned and operated my own Restaurant and have been working as an independent contractor and free lance writer for years. I have a few selective clients that I still do Personal Chef Services for...But, I am always on some mission to perfect a recipe...to find the freshest local products...and enjoy food and fun with my Friends and Family. Wwere open turned my passion for food into a business in 2005 by opening Tastefully Yours Personal Chef Services. I owned and operated The Gray Goose Bistro and Bar, in Grass Valley, California. My specialty is good old fashioned Comfort Foods as well as converting recipes to meet dietary challenges. |
| Interests | I am a person of limited interests....my Children first, and Cooking, Cooking, and more Cooking...:) NO, Seriously... I love being a homemaker and doing the old fashioned traditional stuff that seems to be long forgotten. |
