| Introduction | I am a woman who has many interests, I have two hobbies that I love, Civil War reenacting, and miniatures. Some people might not understand why I dress up in 1860s costume, camp in an 1860s tent and Cook with cast iron over an open fire. Some people would not understand why I collect miniatures and build miniature buildings and houses, Perhaps by writing this blog you will see how both of my beloved hobbies compliment each other and have brought the best people into my life, and brought me so much happiness and Joy. One of the reasons I am blogging is to put down in words my never ending struggle with Diabetes, and how it impacts my life everyday. I will try to share my story of living with this illness, and how it effects me everyday.
