| Introduction | My name is Dr. J and I am a veterinarian. I am a recent graduate, a newlywed, a new resident of Minnesota, and an associate veterinarian in a small animal practice. Did I mention that I made all of those changes in a span of about 4 weeks? That probably makes me a bit crazy, too. I suppose it comes with the territory. My husband is an airline pilot, which means that our apartment is decorated with an eclectic assortment of animal and airplane artwork. Oh, and wedding pictures. We have those, too. We were in a long-distance relationship that lasted through our respective undergraduate and my veterinary degrees, so I've been told we're a success story. As for me, I'm elated to share an address with the person I've loved since I was a teenager. I've been blogging in one capacity or another since the 6th grade. I created this blog to chronicle my journey as a new veterinarian and wife. Things are bound to get interesting this year, so stay tuned. |
