| Introduction | Peace is respecting the rights of others. I found this on a fortune cookie and it perfectly sums up my personal philosophy. Once upon a time, my user name was Evenstar, an obscure reference from Tolkien (it's only mentioned once), but since its repeated use in the recent Peter Jackson movies it is not so obscure anymore. So I decided instead to go by the name Vaesse. I chose this name by doing a translation of my real first name into Quenya (Tolkien Elvish). Since implementing this change, I discovered that I had a typo during translation (it should have been Veasse), but I've grown fond of my version and it makes it more unique, so I'll keep it. |
