| Introduction | Hi, I am Sapna,finally taken a break after working for 10years in the corporate world. I quit as an HR manager to be a mom!.. at that point it seemed like a trade off but today I am very content with the decision I made 2 years ago.... I consider myself very lucky for all the time I get with my son and an opportunity to see him grow every single day... i also found time to do things that I always wanted to. Cooking to me is all about simplicity, basic ingredients and taste... "Spiced and cured" is my attempt to put such recipes together.. i started this blog to record my recipes for later reference.. but in the process i managed to find few who are like minded and like wat I do.
