| Introduction | I am Emily, a twenty six year old college student who is currently seeking a degree in English, Secondary Education at Appalachian State University. I love to read and am often inspired, due to my outgoing nature, to strike out on an adventure or try something I've never done before. I'm independent, strong willed, and a bit sarcastic. Had I lived in Early Modern England I'm certain that I would have been labeled a witch or a shrew, though I'm not sure which. This blog is being created for my Renaissance Literature class, and I hope to use it to discuss the roles that women play in Early Modern Literature. |
