Introduction	I am a medical doctor who specialises in Public Health and Social Gerontology. I graduated as a medical doctor from USM in 1987 and obtained my masters degree in Public Health from UKM in 1996. I obtained my PhD from University of Keele, United Kingdom in 2005. My thesis was regarding the Health of Older Malays in Britain. I am currently working a Professor in the Faculty of Medicine,Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin in Kuala Terengganu. I am married with three lovely daughters age between 17-24. My husband is a full time writer.
