| Introduction | Welcome to my little blog on the web. My name is Suz, and I am a recent widow (Jan '13). I lost my husband of 15 years after battling kidney cancer for 5 years, 8 months (though he died of renal failure, not the cancer itself). I have one daughter (nicknamed Maytag, so her name is part of this blog), and two adult step- sons. I am beginning a new blog, in an effort to rejoin the effort to craft and create beauty, after the loss of my beloved husband. It's just too painful for me, at this point, to continue on the original blog that was such a big part of crafting I used to do to entertain and amuse my husband, before his passing. So, I'm starting fresh now. I love to do all sorts of crafting and creating, so stay tuned to see what I'm up to next. Sincerely, Suz |
