| Introduction | The PEP Coalition's mission is to reduce substance abuse among all Lee County residents through the development of a continuum of efforts, including supply and demand reduction, general prevention, intervention and emphasis on youth ages 12-17. We shall accomplish this mission through the coordination of a comprehensive array of commuity based services. Our long-term commitment is to using science based treatment and prevention principles and practices. |
