IntroductionI follow the paleo diet and workout 4-6 days a week. I love the crossfit workouts and yoga. My goal is to promote health and fitness because I believe many chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary artery disease and digestive problems can all be prevented, eliminated or at least controlled with diet and exercise.
