| Introduction | My name is Laura Jackson. My nickname is "Ital". I got this name when I lived in Jamaica and I used to forget to put salt in whatever I cooked and so I was dubbed "Ital", by the people who loved me. Ital means "fresh, without salt" in Jamaican Patois. I LOVE people from other cultures, and learning about the differences in cultures. This world is such a rich place and the diversity of the people who inhabit this earth intrigues me beyond belief. |
