| Introduction | In a season of uncertainty God, Joan questioned God about her purpose. As she journaled during her quiet time, God began to speak of the time of rest He had given her and the assignment for which He was preparing her. The Holy Spirit directed Joan to share these journal entries, so in 2010, she began this blog. As life took an unforeseen turn, she set the blog aside for many years, believing she would return. God has been nudging her to return to this blog. As a step of obedience, Joan is, once again, humbly venturing out and sharing the words the Lord has asked her to give to others. A native of Southern California, Joan has been married to her best friend, Pat, for 30 years. Together they raised their blended family of five sons, Patrick, David, Matt, Matthew, and Andrew, and are currently the proud grandparents of 13 grandchildren. Much of Joan’s time is spent travelling in California, Florida, and Illinois to visit her precious family. |
