Introduction	When is the last time you looked up at the sky? If you live in Nottingham, just like many other cities around the world, sooner or later you'll find yourself staring at chem trails in the sky, right above your head. The amount and density is just scary sometimes. But how many of us realize that? How many even know about it? Since Nottingham has one of the highest crime rates in the country it's not surprising that they would choose such a location for their weather control experiments.
