Introduction	I have always been a God seeker. I have studied the Bible all my life. I graduated from Haverford College, BA, and Yale Divinity School, MDiv, did special Doctoral studies under Dr. George Ladd at Fuller Seminary. I have been a pastor forever. I'm listed in "Dictionary of Pentecostal and Charismatic Movements" by Stanley Burgess and Gary McGee and "Century of the Holy Spirit" by Vinson Synan. I have five children, ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. My first wife, Marilyn, died of cancer in 1997 and I married Carolyn in 2000. We are very much in love.
Interests	Family, history, gardening, birds, traveling, walking, working out, Obie, the Dodgers, the Lakers, Iron Chef.
Favorite movies	We seldom watch movies. The preoccupation with sex and violence bothers us.
Favorite music	Hymns and contemporary Christian music.
Favorite books	The Bible.
