Introduction	Hi I'm Eleanor, I'm 16 and I'm an actress from Beverley in Yorkshire! I appeared in the film The Illusionist in 2005, which also starred Jessica Biel and Edward Norton. I have since appeared in the 2008 film Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging where I played the character Jas. I will be appearing in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland in 2010. In September 2008, I was asked to be the ambassador for the World Vision 24 Hour Famine, taking over from last year's ambassador Fearne Cotton. Other previous ambassadors include Myleene Klass and Atomic Kitten. I am thrilled to be taking on this role as I will be helping young girls working as sex workers and communities affected by HIV and Aids in the 'pink city' Jaipur, India. I have created this blog so that you can follow me as I carry out my ambassador role for the 2008/09 World Vision 24 Hour Famine!!
