| Favorite movies | I watch few movies. Those that are my favourites over the years are La Vita è Bella, Willow, Princess Bride, Johnny Stecchino, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Neko no ongaeshi, Kikujiro no Natsu, & Mùi đu đu xanh (Scent of Green Papaya) |
| Favorite music | celtic, fado, trance opera, classical (especially baroque), world folk, music from anime & fantasy games |
| Favorite books | I mostly read reference works & history now but have read many of the classics & loved Russian novelists & Japanese writers (translations, of course), used to love science fiction but it's mostly fantasy now & I like mine with a good dose of science not magic |
