Introduction	I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a graduate of Northeastern State University and a member of the American Counseling Association. With over seven years in the mental health field I have appeared on local media and to the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce presenting topics related to strengthening families and relationships. While working in the mental health field I have provided supervision as well as direct clinical care. I work from a cognitive behavioral, strength based, and solution focused therapy style. I help clients see that the past can be a motivator for increased strength and growth and not as a destructive force that disables them from overcoming and being a warrior in their lives and in their relationships.
