Introduction	I'm the oldest of 4 children. 9 grandchildren in my family. On Feb. 10, 2008, my Dad had a stroke, leaving him paralyzed on his right side and with speech and memory difficulty. My parents went from being independent and self sufficient on Feb. 9th, to needing a lot of care and care giving on Feb. 10th. That's the date my brother and sisters and I officially entered the "Sandwich Generation" The purpose of this blog is to allow family members to all keep up to date with each other regarding what is going on with Mom and Dad. And also to let each other know what is going on with each of us and our own families.
Interests	family, friends, scrapbooking, travel
Favorite movies	love most Denzel Washington movies; like adventure, funny movies, and chick flicks
Favorite music	Rock 'n Roll! Really, I like just about any kind of music.
Favorite books	anything by Jodi Picoult, James Patterson
