| Introduction | Born Sara Belle Crapuchettes in Newhalen, Alaska - an Eskimo village in southwestern AK. I am a 3rd generation Alaskan,(the granddaughter of Alaska homesteaders) who grew up playing on the beaches of the Kenai Peninsula and commercial fishing in the summers on my dad's boat out in Bristol Bay. I am co-owner of Wild Alaskan Salmon Company (www.SEABEEF.com) along with my sister-in-law, Trish. I am passionate about the beauty of Alaska, the health benefits of wild Alaskan salmon, and educating the public of the health and environmental dangers of farmed salmon. I believe farmed salmon is the most overlooked environmental catastrophe of our day - it's not coal, and it's not oil.
