| Introduction | What you see is what you get. There isn't much pretense when it comes to who I am. I'm probably honest to a fault. I try to capture with the camera a unique look at life. When at a concert, I want the viewer of my work to be at the show, or at the race, or on the hike. I want you to hear the music, feel the passion, smell the sweat, see the colors of the sunrise in a way you haven't seen before. I want you to feel the warmth of the sun and the brisk cold of the mountains, all from a picture. I don't proclaim to be a great photographer, never will. I just try in a small way to capture what God has provided, and interpret it in such a way that you and He would enjoy. I enjoy music immensely, it's textures, colors, emotion. Life is about all of those things and more, and I try to capture that with my camera. I hope through this blog and my photography, you will get a glimpse of what I'm about and the enjoyment I get from the art, and it is art, wonderful art. |
