| Introduction | INTERNATIONAL MOM was born in communist Russia escaping the iron curtain as her refugee parents fled the country with her in tow starting a new life in the US. She started traveling at a very early age until she was finally able to leave completely at 18. First she began by traveling thru Europe, Israel, then all of the United States living in different cities. Her boundless enthusiasm and curiosity led her to take a gap year and a half travel from NYC all the way to Argentina/Chile. During her stay in Guatemala she met International Dad (hubby) while camping out at the Maya ruins of Tikal. With him she moved to Costa Rica where they lived for 6 years and now are living in gorgeous Antigua, Guatemala with B-Boy, their multi-cultural, trilingual son! |
