| Introduction | I married young and had all my children before I was 30.Divorced. Homeschooled kids for 9 yrs & public school for 4.Both situations have taught me so much in different areas of my life. Each has brought out new ways to be a loving, caring and devoted Mom & wife. I hope to travel as my children grow up and leave the nest, but in the meantime I plan on making lots of memories, reading and writing,enjoying my time as a Mom and wife.Remarried in Sept 2011 & he works in an office doing the regular 9-5 thing. We spend evenings trying to have dinner at our long family table, occasionally carting a child or two to an activity. Weekends we usually have a movie night and try to go out on a date a few times a month. I go to college full time finishing my BS in Mass Communications (specializing in Advertising, PR, integrated comm.)I try to take time out for myself often and am constantly learning the art of caring for myself just as much as I care for others. Although life stays busy and full, even gets a little crazy most days...I wouldn't have it any other way.Hope to be an encouragement to other women trying to keep their plates spinning too! |
