Introduction	An Avid learner of diverse knowledge and a dreamer of an equitable, just and peaceful society. Aditya started his professional career as a Program Officer in an NGO 'BAIF Development and Research Foundation' contributing in 'Watershed and NRM' projects. The appetite for new knowledge was so high that Aditya joined Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal (India) to get more professionally trained in handling the NRM projects.Aditya was associated with Tata Steel Rural Development Society (Jharkhand, India), RLEK (Dehradun India) and International Water Management Institute for small projects. Working as a Theme Leader for 'Maize Productivity Program ', in 'CInI', Aditya got a closer look of flaws existing in institutional delivery mechanism of Agriculture department. Aditya also tried his hands to capacitate Tribal Farmers' into 'Seed Entrepreneurs' which was successful to large extent. The changing climate brought several challenges in front of Aditya and the project. Services of Aditya, to the NRM and Community Development Sector were recognised by the Fulbright Commission and he was given a chance to study 'International Environment Policy in USA'.
