Introduction	Hi, This is Arpan here. I am a through and through IT person, having done my graduation in engineering in the same domain. In recent times, my focus has been on research on enabling business strategy and operations with intelligent usage of IT. Now, my focus has shifted from IT research in true sense to business research.
