Introduction	I have been a photographer all of my life. I started out by watching my dad print black and white prints in our bathroom turned dark room. I grew up loving the smell of Hypo. (one of the chemicals used to produce prints). I have 2 years of college in Photography and have spent days in the dark room. But it wasn't until I went digital in 1999 that I finally had the kind of control of my work that I felt like I could get an image like the one I saw in my mind when I shot the picture. I had some of that control in the dark room but it was a major PIA to get a perfect print. Dust was the biggest problem. It made these little white dots and lines in on the print. For Color I shot it and sent the film out to be developed and then printed and the results were often disappointing and I didn't have much to say about how the print looked.
