Introduction I’m a detail-oriented person trying to focus on the bigger picture. Well, focusing on the big picture tends to spiral out of my control to the point that I arrive at nihilism, so maybe what I want here is to focus on the medium picture. I intend to use this website as a resource for organizing my thoughts, and possibly eventually a good place for discussion with friends and like-minded folk. I’ve lived in California all my life, but I grew up in a rural area steeped in redneck culture. I am probably not really albinic, just very lacking in pigment with terrible vision. When I was younger I was frequently mistaken for an albino and in high school was commonly referred to as “that one albino chick,” hence the blog name. It was hard coming up with even that, and I went ahead and bought the domain name on a whim so please bear with me for now.
