He also focuses efforts towards First Rate's employee training programs to broaden the scope of opportunity and keep pace with the demands of our clients. Prior to founding First Rate Financial LLC, he was a Senior Mortgage Consultant for a local mortgage brokerage, where he helped build and manage a team of experienced Loan Officers specifically driven towards the Alt-A and Non-Conforming markets. Ryan has also gained industry experience with two other lending institutions within the community, which has allowed him to become a well respected mortgage broker in the local and national markets. |
