IntroductionI started losing weight on January 5, 2008. I have lost over 130 lbs so far. I started at 340 lbs and I now weigh 209 lbs. I workout 6-7 times a week. I am on a food plan that Weight Watchers helps me with. I am currently ready to start dating. On July 8, 2009 I had a full tummy tuck and double arm lift to remove the extra skin from my weight loss. I would like to get down to 150 lbs. Follow my journey here!
